Refund policy

At Surfing Queen™, we want you to love your purchase. Most items may be returned for any reason within 60 days of the delivery date for online orders or within 60 days of in-person purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that some exceptions may apply.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
